Terms of Service Policies & Procedures

 

Cancellation Or Reschedule

 

Provide 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. 72 hours notice for group cancellations.

A service canceled upon arrival will be charged in full. 

No Shows

Failure to notify of a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment with less than 1 hour notice, may result in a request to pre-pay for future services. 

 

Arrival

 

Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and completion of medical history forms.

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

In the event of a late arrival, your service time may be shortened in order to remain on schedule for all scheduled appointments. The service price will be charged in full.

 

Children

 

Children under 8 years old who are not receiving a service:

Must be supervised by an adult at all times who is not receiving a service;

Are not allowed in the service area at any time;

Must remain on the porch or retail area. 

 

Children under 18 years old are considered a minor. A parent or guardian who is not receiving a service must accompany the child in the service area for the duration of the service and must sign a Consent Form for the minor to receive the service. Excludes facials, nail services, face waxing, makeup applications and hair services.

 

Cell Phones

 

To provide a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all, we request that all cell phones be placed on vibrate or silent. Conduct all calls in the foyer or outside. Headphones are required if watching videos.

 

Service Area

 

Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the service area, styling stations, and color processing area. Exception given to clients with a disability.

HOBAW and its constituents cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items that include (but not limited to) clothing or accessories.

Gratuities

 

Services do not include gratuities.

 

Food and Beverage

 

HOBAW provides complimentary coffee, tea and water. Sandwiches, meals, or other food items are not permitted in the service area or waiting area.

 

Forms Of Payment

 

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, and Cash. Do not accept personal checks or Discover card.

 

Product Returns or Exchanges

 

A full refund will be issued for unopened products returned within 10 days of purchase date. A store credit will be issued for opened products returned within 10 days of purchase date. Clothing and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase date with all original tags attached for a full refund (excludes earrings). All earrings are final sale.
